Dear Sound Life Connections Community,

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and a happy, healthy start to 2026! We are so excited to welcome you back and to make the most of the winter session together. Our new session will kick off on Tuesday 2/3/2026 for supper club at KC’s pub. This season, we are thrilled to be returning to Social Supper Club every other week on Tuesdays from 4:30-6:00pm, where we can enjoy great food, conversation, and connection. Our social classes will take place at The WAVE on the alternating Tuesdays from 4:30-6:00 pm, with the understanding that location may change as needed.   Social classes will include a variety of fun and engaging activities such as art projects, vision boards, music, baking and plenty of time to socialize with friends.  We are also excited to introduce a new 8-week Vocational Training Program, held on Thursdays 4:30-6:00 pm at The WAVE.   This program will focus on building skills, confidence, and real-world work experience in a supportive environment.   And of course, Karaoke is back for February and March—we can’t wait to sing, cheer each other on, and have some fun! 

 

Important reminders:  Classes are for ages 16 and older. Please register for classes in advance on our website under current classes/activities or calendar.    If a class is full, please email Tara or Keri to ask about a waitlist.  We do our best to try to accommodate everyone.  Social Supper Club and classes are $65.00 per session. If you privately pay for classes, payment is required in advance.   Advance registration and payment are very important for planning purposes, and we truly appreciate your cooperation and support.  If you are new to the Sound Life Community and would like to participate in  actvities, please reach out to Tara or Keri for an intake interview prior to attending.
